Job Responsibilities
1. Support recruitment and selection processes, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate contact to ensure efficient and quality hiring.
2. Assist with onboarding activities, such as organizing kits, preparing materials, and conducting onboarding sessions to promote a positive reception and cultural alignment.
3. Help organize and control training sessions, including attendance tracking, issuing certificates, and updating spreadsheets to ensure effective and traceable training.
4. Contribute to internal communication and climate management by supporting campaigns, celebratory actions, and climate surveys to enhance employee engagement and well-being.
5. Provide administrative support for HR routines such as time control, document filing, and data updates to ensure process compliance and legal adherence.
6. Assist in organizational development projects, including recognition programs, performance evaluations, and diversity initiatives, supporting operational stages and result tracking.
7. Help maintain HR indicators by collecting data, updating dashboards, and generating reports to inform strategic decisions.
8. Participate in meetings and continuous improvement initiatives, proposing ideas, following up on action plans, and collaborating across departments to add value to the HR team.
