WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Drive product development of the Records Management System (RMS) and related sub-products, focusing on usability, quality, and features.
* Collaborate with Product Management to understand requirements, create estimates, plan sprints, and meet delivery deadlines.
* Develop a clean, reusable client integration system following secure cloud software best practices.
* Contribute to technical documentation and automate build and deployment processes to improve engineer efficiency.
MUST HAVE
* Proven experience with technical end-to-end product ownership and meeting deadlines.
* 3+ years of experience as a Frontend Web Developer (React).
* 3+ years of experience as a Back End Developer (Java).
* High proficiency in Typescript.
* Experience with modern frontend bundlers, package managers, and build tools.
* Knowledge of or experience with microservices architecture.
* Upper-Intermediate English level.
NICE TO HAVES
* Experience building software in the cloud.
* AI-assisted development experience with tools like Windsurf, Cursor, or similar.
