Responsible for managing and developing assigned accounts, supporting medium-sized chain brands to strengthen cooperation with the platform through brand marketing and promotional activities, contributing to the growth of transaction volume; executing the company’s sales strategy and supporting the achievement of sales targets;
Understand the business operations of the brands under responsibility based on their industry characteristics, and assist in developing and implementing food delivery solutions through basic business data analysis;
Maintain effective communication with the platform’s delivery team, acting as a liaison between the delivery team and assigned brands to help improve the overall delivery service experience;
Actively collect first-hand marketing information, user feedback, and local market insights, and provide practical and actionable suggestions to support business improvements.
3. Basic Requirements
3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development in the food, restaurant, or consumer goods industry is preferred;
Good negotiation and market development skills, strong goal orientation, customer-focused mindset, and willingness to take on challenges;
Basic data analysis skills and proficiency in office software applications; experience working with reports and charts is required;
High level of integrity, responsibility, resilience, and teamwork; proactive and passionate about work;
English is mandatory.
