Job Summary
The position is for a Senior Digital Advertising Specialist responsible for all paid advertising in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC). The role combines hands‑on campaign management on platforms such as Google Ads LinkedIn Facebook and Instagram with strategic leadership working in partnership with the regional Demand Generation team to align paid media actions with funnel objectives and implement industry innovations. While reporting to the global Paid Advertising Center of Excellence the professional will work daily integrated with the LAC team leading, executing and optimizing campaigns that will generate measurable impact on the regions business results.
Responsabilities
Campaign Management & Optimization Plan execute and continuously optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search Display Shopping Video) LinkedIn Ads Facebook / Instagram and other relevant platforms.
Cover both day-to-day execution and long-term strategic improvements.
Conduct A / B and multivariate testing of ad copy creative assets targeting and bidding strategies.
Regional Focus & Alignment Serve as the dedicated digital advertising specialist for Latin America & Caribbean (LAC) embedded within the demand generation team
Ensure campaigns are closely aligned with LAC funnel objectives (MQLs SQLs win rate pipeline contribution) and localized for market nuances.
Adapt ads for language culture and compliance across Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking markets.
Analytics Reporting & Insights Set up monitor and optimize conversion tracking across GA4 Salesforce and Eloqua ensuring accurate attribution of leads and pipeline impact.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports that tie campaign performance to commercial outcomes not just clicks / impressions.
Translate data into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Innovation & Best Practices Stay ahead of digital advertising trends platform updates and betas; pilot and recommend new tactics tailored for LAC audiences.
Act as a subject matter expert sharing insights and recommendations with marketing and sales stakeholders.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Work hand-in-hand with LAC demand generation managers vertical marketing teams and other stakeholders to align paid campaigns with regional priorities.
Partner with content creative and web teams to brief and test new ad assets and landing pages ensuring high conversion rates.
Provide clear communication and recommendations to both local and global stakeholders.
Budget Management Forecast monitor and optimize advertising spend to maximize ROI across platforms.
Identify opportunities to scale budget into high-performing campaigns and adjust spend based on performance insights.
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field
Experience managing paid digital campaigns ideally in both agency and in-house environments. Proven success managing Google Ads (Search Display Shopping Video) LinkedIn Ads and Facebook / Instagram Ads in a B2B context
Experience managing advertising budgets and delivering measurable ROI tied to funnel and pipeline goals
Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) conversion tracking and attribution models
Experience integrating paid advertising with CRM / Marketing Automation platforms (Salesforce Eloqua or equivalent)
Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables formulas data analysis)
Fluency in Spanish and / or Portuguese (native-level) Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Travel & Work Arrangements / Requirements
Remote-based might require travel a few times a year.
