This is a high-volume production team that creates websites, logos, and visual assets for numerous local service businesses.
As a Senior Production Manager, you'll oversee a team of skilled designers who assemble websites from content, photos, and structured data. You're not just assigning tasks - you're inspecting work daily, catching the details that impact credibility, coaching your team to identify potential issues, and ensuring exceptional quality.
You can also handle tasks yourself when needed. When a logo needs to be created or fixed, you're proactive in taking charge. When a layout isn't working, you can intervene and make improvements.
