Job Title: IT Support Analyst
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work remotely with customers to solve problems.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Analyze issues and formulate solutions
2. Troubleshoot system, application, and hardware issues
3. Ensure customers are updated on ticket progress
4. Work remotely with customers to solve problems
5. Utilize internal knowledge base to provide and find solutions to known issues
6. Research and resolve issues using external information when needed
7. Consistently update the ticket tracking system with status and fixes
8. Educate customers on proper use of technology
9. Escalate issues to necessary parties as required
Requirements:
* Associate's Degree student preferably in Information Systems or equivalent program, or a proven track record of IT experience required.
