Job Overview
The Service Delivery Lead will oversee the daily operations of a cloud-native SaaS solution for Open Banking in North America. This individual will be responsible for managing project governance with clients, providing knowledge and mentoring on Open Banking workflows, and collaborating with development teams to ensure smooth platform operation.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing day-to-day operations of the Open Banking SaaS solution
* Management reporting and governance with clients
* Providing Open Banking SME knowledge and mentoring the support team
* Participating in application support and resolving customer issues
* Collaborating with development and AWS SMEs
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications
* 7+ years of experience in supporting production environments for financial services institutions
* 2+ years of experience in supporting AWS cloud environments
* Working experience in FDX/REST APIs, data sharing, and consent workflows
* Previous experience leading a support team
* Experience successfully running SLA and KPI frameworks for critical applications
* Working experience in ITIL processes, mainly change, release, and incident management
* Experience dealing with senior client management
Desired Skills
* Open Banking experience
* French language proficiency (B2 or above)
