You will be responsible for managing high-complexity roles in competitive markets, acting as a strategic partner to our clients and international leadership.What you will be responsible for:Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (end-to-end) for technical and niche roles across regions such as the U.S., Canada, and EuropeAct as a consultant to stakeholders and Customer Success teams, providing market intelligence on rates, talent availability, and local hiring modelsDevelop and execute advanced sourcing strategies to identify top-tier technology talent (Dev, QA, DevOps, Data, etc.)Take ownership of building and maintaining talent pipelines, proactively reporting metrics in a strategic mannerLead communication with international candidates, ensuring an excellent and engaging candidate experienceLeverage ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools, ensuring data integrity and qualityIdentify bottlenecks in processes and propose fast solutions to meet aggressive SLAsContribute strategically to employer branding and global talent attraction initiativesWhat you need to have:Solid experience in international recruitment (mandatory experience hiring local professionals in the U.S., Canada, or Europe)Background in recruiting within consulting companiesProven track record of delivering high-quality candidates under tight SLAsStrong expertise in sourcing strategies (Boolean Strings, X-Ray search) and deep interest in the global tech marketHigh level of self-management, organization, and results orientationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFluent English for daily conversation and negotiation with global stakeholdersNice to have:Knowledge of work visas and geographic specificities of North American and European marketsAvenue Code reinforces its commitment to privacy and compliance with the most rigorous data protection regulations worldwide, such as GDPR, LGPD, CCPA, and CPRA.
