Senior Machine Learning Leader
We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead our cross-functional team in designing, training, and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in mentoring ML engineers, data scientists, and MLOps professionals. Key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end ML project lifecycle: data pipelines, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring. Additionally, this role involves providing technical direction for distributed training, large-scale model optimization, and system architecture. Collaboration with Research, Product, and Infrastructure teams is essential to define objectives, milestones, and KPIs.
Required skills & qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in machine learning, NLP, and deep learning (Transformers, LLMs).
* 2+ years of leadership experience delivering ML systems in production.
* Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, DeepSpeed.
* Experience with distributed training, GPU/TPU optimization, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
* Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI).
* Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
* Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred).
