We are Bridge Polymers, an international company with multiple branches across Europe and
beyond. We trade in polyolefins - something you've probably never heard of, yet encounter
every day. These are types of plastic with hundreds of different applications. Our customers use
these plastic pellets to create their products. Our suppliers are global producers of
petrochemicals, and we focus primarily on trading polyethylene and polypropylene.
Bridge Polymers has offices in several countries, including Spain, Poland, Romania, Brazil and
more, with our headquarters based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. The market we operate in is
fast-paced. Thanks to our straightforward, honest, and down-to-earth company culture, we can
perform at our best even in the hectic world of fast trading. We are flexible and work with short
lines of communication, allowing us to always stay on top of the business

Your responsibilities
Working at Bridge Polymers means working on your own future within a dynamic company. This
is especially true for the Inside Sales Specialist we are currently seeking. How your journey
unfolds and where you ultimately end up is largely in your own hands.
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will receive a structured onboarding and development
program designed to help you quickly gain confidence in your role. From day one, you will be
actively contributing while deepening your knowledge in the following areas:
Business Development & Prospection
● Research new markets and identify potential commercial opportunities.
● Analyse import statistics and market data to uncover new prospects.
● Proactively engage with potential customers through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
● Set up daily meetings with prospects to explore potential collaborations.
● Contact customers to understand their product requirements and gather relevant market
intelligence.
Sales Support
● Prepare, create, and send offers and proformas.
● Manage follow-ups to support the full sales cycle from lead to deal.
● Assist in applying for credit limits and monitoring customer credit status.
● Follow up on payments, required documentation, and overall deal progress.
Customer Administration
● Handle day-to-day communication with prospects and clients.
● Ensure all customer data, requests, and feedback are accurately documented and
managed.
● Support the sales team by maintaining a smooth and organized administrative workflow.

Requirements
● You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, International trade or similar field.
● You have at least 1–2 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
● Knowledge of import/export processes and B2B sales is a strong advantage.
● You are independent, ambitious, commercially minded, proactive, and able to perform
under pressure.
● You are fluent in spoken and written English and Portuguese.
● You are currently residing in Brazil, ideally near Blumenau and willing to commute to our
office.
