* Title: Head of Marketing — Luxury Consumer Brands
* Reports To: Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) with dotted-line reporting to the CEO
One of our clients is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead growth across a portfolio of premium consumer brands, including a heritage luxury leather goods brand and a premium wine travel accessories brand. This senior role requires a leader who blends luxury consumer instincts with an operational, performance‑driven mindset to scale multiple premium brands during a scale‑up phase.
What You’ll Do
* Own and drive day‑to‑day revenue‑focused marketing execution across multiple premium consumer brands
* Lead campaign planning, launch coordination, testing roadmaps, and performance optimization
* Continuously test and refine acquisition, retention, and trust‑building strategies for affluent consumers
* Improve marketing efficiency while scaling growth across channels
* Analyze and optimize key performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, LTV, and funnel performance
* Drive data‑informed decision‑making across all marketing initiatives
* Partner closely with leadership on customer insights, positioning, and growth priorities
* Manage and coordinate external partners across paid media, PR, creative, web development, and CRM/lifecycle marketing
* Bring structure, accountability, and operational rigor to the marketing function and lead/support the internal Marketing Coordinator
* Act as the operational hub of the marketing organization, ensuring alignment across initiatives and stakeholders
Who You Are
* 7+ years of experience in growth, performance, brand, or lifecycle marketing within luxury or premium consumer brands
* Proven experience marketing to affluent consumers and high‑consideration purchase audiences
* Strong operator mentality with hands‑on experience managing campaigns, funnels, testing, and optimization
* Deep understanding of performance marketing, CRM/lifecycle marketing, attribution, ecommerce funnels, and creative testing
* Experience managing agencies and cross‑functional marketing vendors
* Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to balance storytelling and performance metrics
* Comfortable operating in entrepreneurial, high‑growth environments

* Experience in luxury consumer brands, premium ecommerce or DTC, fashion or leather goods, wine, lifestyle or hospitality, luxury travel, or multi‑brand/portfolio businesses
