Key Responsibilities
> Identify opportunities in the public sector via procurement portals and assess their viability,
> Collaborate with team members to prepare proposals that meet tender requirements,
> Develop project references and CVs tailored to meet client needs,
> Contribute to maintaining an internal knowledge base of public tenders and best practices.
Requirements
> Proficiency in Portuguese, with business-level proficiency in German and English (B2-C1),
> Strong understanding of MS-Office, particularly MS-Excel, and MS-Teams,
> Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills,
> Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive, able to take ownership and motivated to learn quickly,
> Interest in public sector processes, international collaboration, and technology-driven projects,
> Previous experience with procurement in the public sector is highly valued.
