Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Support Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Bio page optimization for new financial advisor clients
* Client setup coordination with account managers
* Calendar linking system configuration and GHL account setup
* Flawless client onboarding experience
Additional Responsibilities:
* Facilitate and manage all client offboarding communications
* Execute drip message campaigns and implement client-requested changes
* Conduct thorough account audits to identify and resolve messaging errors
* Monthly billing follow-ups and renewal communications
Meeting Support & Documentation:
* Attend weekly client meetings as the CSM's right-hand person
* Take detailed meeting notes and create actionable task lists
* Collaborate with account managers to ensure all client requests are tracked and completed
* Maintain organized records of all client interactions and outcomes
Requirements:
* 2+ years of executive assistant or client support experience
* Proficiency with CRM systems (GHL experience preferred)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with calendar management and scheduling tools
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

* Experience in digital marketing or financial services
