Airswift is seeking a seasoned project professional to oversee complex projects from inception to successful completion. This role requires the ability to coordinate and direct projects involving significant engineering development, third-party interfaces, and field testing.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to develop relationships with customers at all levels, and understand decision-making processes. They will also need to provide direction and oversight to project teams, including engineering, quality assurance, purchasing, and cost accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Manage projects that involve significant engineering development, third-party interfaces, and field testing.
 * Develop relationships with customers at all levels and understand decision-making processes.
 * Coordinate project proposals, customer presentations, and negotiations.
 * Provide direction and oversight to project teams.
 * Secure support services from organizations like legal, finance, manufacturing, sales, and field services.
 * Monitor projects for potential problems and lead problem-solving efforts.
 * Represent the business as single point of contact for customers regarding technical, commercial, schedule, and add-on sales.
 * Develop and negotiate proposals for supplementary work and changes to project scope.
 * Prepare progress reports and presentations for customers and management.
Required Qualifications:
 * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or technical discipline from accredited university or college.
 * PMP certification.
 * Advanced English and Portuguese communication skills.
 * Minimum 4 years in project management within oil and gas industry.
 * Minimum 3 years in customer-facing role with leadership responsibilities.
 * Senior-level presence.
 * Strong communicator – written and oral.
 * General business and project financial acumen.
 * Ability to work across organizational boundaries and influence others.
 * Interpersonal skills with customers, peers, and team members.
 * Strategic and tactical thinking.
 * Driving change in challenging business environment.
