About the Role
As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and securing partnerships with restaurants willing to collaborate with our platform through efficient scheduling and in-person visits. You will negotiate cooperation agreements, assist partner restaurants in setting up online delivery stores, and provide training for managing their online business operations.
Main Responsibilities
* Identify and secure partnerships with restaurants to increase our network of delivery options.
* Assist partner restaurants in setting up online delivery stores on our platform and provide training for managing their online business operations.
* Negotiate cooperation agreements with partner restaurants to ensure mutually beneficial relationships.
* Conduct regular follow-ups with partner restaurants to maintain strong customer relationships and resolve daily inquiries.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need proficiency in English, Portuguese as working languages, along with basic English reading and writing skills, and proficiency in using office software.

Preferred Qualifications
* At least 1 year of experience in sales or merchant services, especially as an Account Manager (AM) or Business Development (BD) professional in e-commerce or food delivery platforms.
* Fluent in English, Portuguese (spoken and written).
