Operational Specialist Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring ongoing delivery routes, communicating with delivery drivers and shippers via phone and live chat, and analyzing logistics data to optimize delivery routes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor delivery routes in real-time to ensure seamless execution of delivery plans.
* Establish effective communication channels with delivery drivers and shippers to resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
* Analyze logistical data to identify areas of improvement and implement process enhancements that increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in English language is a must, both written and spoken.
* Ability to work effectively within the Eastern US time zone (EST) to meet customer needs and expectations.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, courier operations, call center, customer support, or account management.
