Product Designer
Leading the development of user-centered product experiences requires a deep understanding of user behavior, technical capabilities, and business objectives.
This role involves end-to-end design processes, from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
* Develop intuitive interfaces for complex cybersecurity tools and SaaS products, focusing on usability, scalability, and performance;
* Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions;
Main responsibilities include:
- Conducting user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions and optimize user experience;
- Collaborating with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives, technical constraints, and customer needs;
- Creating and maintaining design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across the product suite;
- Staying updated on cybersecurity trends, user behavior patterns in B2B software, and industry best practices in product design;
- Mentoring junior designers and providing design critique and feedback within the team.
The ideal candidate has:
- Full professional proficiency in English (verbal and written), with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale and collaborate with international teams;
- A strong portfolio showcasing complex product design work for enterprise software, especially in security, data visualization, or technical tools;
- Deep expertise with design tools like Figma, FigJam, and prototyping tools such as Framer or Principle;
- Solid understanding of user flows, interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy for B2B software;
- Experience working in agile development environments, with strong collaboration skills alongside Product Managers and Engineers;
- Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design principles.
