Lead Relationship Builder Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Relationship Builder to join our team. As a key member of our revenue growth and client success team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the Brazilian market.
* You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction.
* Take full commercial ownership of accounts, driving revenue growth and achieving performance objectives.
* Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client needs and business goals.
Key requirements include:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B account management within the iGaming industry.
* Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and English; Spanish fluency is an advantage.
* Native or resident of a LATAM market.
