What You'll Own
Paid Acquisition (Meta/Google/Programatic) Own media buying strategy, execution, and optimization
Build campaigns that convert cold traffic into qualified sales calls.
Creative Strategy Develop and manage performance-driven ad creatives (visuals, hooks, copy). Work with internal or external designers, or build yourself if needed. You know what makes scroll-stoppers.
Funnel and Landing Page Optimization Build and continuously test landing pages, quizzes, and opt-in funnels. You know CRO tools.
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on growth marketing experience, with a strong focus on paid acquisition
NSFW experience is a must
Proven track record of driving measurable revenue and pipeline growth through performance marketing.
Deep experience in media buying, creative testing, and optimization, particularly for cold traffic.
Strong creative sense — you know how to develop or guide scroll-stopping visuals, hooks, and copy that convert.
Skilled in conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and performance analysis.
Proficient in marketing analytics, tracking, and attribution, and able to set up effective feedback loops with the sales team.
Excellent understanding of B2B lead generation and demand generation strategies.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote, startup environment with high ownership and accountability.
Salary Range: $2000-3000 / month
