To be successful in this role, you should have:
 * A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles;
 * Previous experience in staffing firms;
 * Excellent communication skills;
 * Native proficiency in Portuguese;
 * Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus);
 * Strong attention to detail;
 * Critical thinking skills;
 * A self-assured professional presence.
