Product Design Opportunity
This is a high-impact role that involves shaping the product from concept to prototype, helping bring to life a tool that will transform how doctors communicate with each other and with patients.
You'll work closely with the client's founding team to build an interactive prototype that sets the direction for future development. This is an opportunity to influence product design, workflow logic, and the client's overall mission from day one.
About the Role
* Collaborate directly with the client's founders (clinicians) to understand their workflow, pain points, and goals
* Translate early concepts and requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes
* Lead founders through the end-to-end product design process — from research through prototyping
* Iterate designs based on feedback from medical professionals and internal stakeholders
* Build the design foundation for future product development, including design systems and component libraries
* Communicate design rationale clearly to both non-technical founders and technical teams (as they are added)
Requirements
* Brazil-based individual with advanced/fluent English skills and 5+ years of UX/UI or product design experience, proficient in advanced prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Origami, etc.)
* Demonstrated ability to translate abstract or clinical problems into elegant design solutions
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders
* Strong ownership mentality — you'll be the only designer and an early voice in product direction
* Have interest in learning, stretching, and growing into new areas
Bonus Points For
* Having engineering experience developing SaaS applications
* Having engineering/product leadership experience
* Knowledge of design for communication tools or messaging apps
* Experience working with healthcare-related platforms
* Experience working with early-stage startups
