Country Management Role
We are seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead our operations in Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enforcing our company's intellectual property rights and protecting our brand.
* Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue targets and achieve operational profitability.
* Build and manage a high-performing team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
* Negotiate with counterfeit sellers and ensure compliance with our regulations.
* Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to organize seizures of counterfeit goods.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Law or equivalent experience in a management position at a law firm. They should also possess project management experience, with a proven track record of building processes from scratch.
We are looking for a leader who is fluent in Portuguese and English (B2 level), with strong leadership, responsibility, decision-making ability, and multitasking skills.
