Support and maintain the provision of manual access to the enterprise's identity management access control and directory services.
Responsibilities:
1. Work with team members to provide technical assistance and train new team members using SOPs and technical documents.
2. Monitor incident and service request queues daily; assign tickets based on expertise and bandwidth.
3. Manage backlog by monitoring daily inflow and planning to keep it under control.
4. Create weekly and monthly reports on tickets and distribute them to the lead customer and leadership team.
5. Manage the process of granting, modifying, and revoking access rights to systems, applications, and data.
6. Monitor and audit user access rights to detect unauthorized changes or inconsistencies.
7. Investigate reports and resolve identity and access-related incidents or breaches.
8. Review and update existing SOPs and develop new ones as required for the team.
9. Monitor activity logs to identify security incidents and generate reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
10. Handle configuration and ownership of UAM applications and their implementation within the functional area.
11. Drive the centralization of UAM activities across applications for all user sets.
