About Us:Kelley Austin takes a different approach to Salesforce Consulting by putting our employees first.
That's not hyperbole, either.
Our team takes a proactive approach to employee satisfaction by having every single person fill out a "happiness list," which comprises the top ten things each employee finds happiness in outside of work.We review those happiness lists regularly to ensure everyone is checking most of the boxes and adjust their project load, responsibilities, or schedule accordingly if not.Look at our benefits and perks below to learn more about our culture. We're growing fast (more than doubling YOY) but staying diligent in hiring the best possible people who don't just want a job, but will actually care about the success of their co-workers and clients. Our growth, coupled with the distinction of being recognized as the 'fastest Salesforce Implementation Partner to achieve Platinum/Summit status,' attests to the success of our approach.Take a look at the 'About You' and 'Responsibilities' below to learn more:Benefits:Base SalaryWork From Home FlexibilityFlexible PTO (we treat people like adults here)Paid Holidays (including an entire week off around Christmas and New Year)Tools We Use:As a technology software consulting company, we use many tools, but the big four are Google Drive, Slack, Lucid Chart, and Salesforce, of course.Perks Of The Job:You won't really find egos here.
We hire slowly and purposefully to keep our culture strong and our team cohesive. We don't say yes to every client and are not afraid to part ways with a client, either.
If there's no mutual respect or success involved, we politely decline and help them find a different partner.
That means fewer 'tough' clients and more clients who "get it" and work harmoniously together. We offer half a dozen different clubs like book club, health club, movie club, hobby club, and more.
These bring people together to grow intellectually and get to know one another outside of project work.We work an average of 40 hours per week (I know, that's unheard of in consulting, but we stand by it).
