Job Title: VIP Account Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated VIP Account Manager to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and growing the VIP customer segment, assisting in the onboarding of new VIP clients, and executing engagement and retention strategies to increase player loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and onboard new VIP clients through prospecting and networking
* Support the management of VIP client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
* Execute engagement and retention strategies to increase player loyalty
* Work closely with senior team members to design and implement VIP incentives, promotions, and personalized offers
* Monitor key performance metrics such as betting volume, customer acquisition cost (CAC), retention rates, and customer lifetime value (LTV)
Requirements:
* Experience in account management, sales, or customer service, preferably in the betting or online gaming industry
* A wallet or existing player base would be incredibly valuable and sought after
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships
* Basic knowledge of sports betting and online casino market is a plus
* Comfortable working with data and reports to understand customer behavior
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
* Ability to work flexible hours when needed
