About Mimi Beds


Mimi Beds is a fast-growing children’s furniture brand inspired by Montessori principles. We design modern, safe, and thoughtfully crafted floor beds that help young children develop independence while creating beautiful spaces for families.


Our products are trusted by thousands of parents across North America and are built with a focus on quality, safety, and timeless design.


We are now looking for a Ecommerce Growth Lead to own and scale our customer acquisition and revenue growth.


Role Overview


The Growth Ecom Lead will be responsible for driving profitable growth across Mimi Beds’ digital channels. This role combines performance marketing, conversion optimization, lifecycle marketing, and data-driven experimentation.


The ideal candidate has experience scaling DTC ecommerce brands and understands how to build sustainable growth engines across paid media, organic channels, and customer retention.


This role reports directly to the leadership team and will play a key part in shaping the future of the brand.


Key Responsibilities


Growth Strategy & Leadership

* Develop and own the overall growth strategy for Mimi Beds
* Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across acquisition, conversion, and retention
* Lead and coordinate marketing initiatives across paid media, content, lifecycle marketing, and partnerships
* Provide direction and oversight to team members supporting marketing execution


Paid Media & Customer Acquisition

* Define paid media strategy across Meta, Google, and emerging channels
* Guide campaign strategy, audience testing, and creative experimentation
* Monitor performance metrics and ensure profitable scaling of acquisition channels


Conversion Optimization & Ecommerce Performance

* Lead initiatives to improve conversion rate, AOV, and overall ecommerce performance
* Work closely with the team to test landing pages, product pages, bundles, and promotional structures
* Identify friction points in the customer journey and implement improvements


Lifecycle Marketing & Retention

* Oversee email and SMS marketing strategy
* Develop initiatives to increase customer lifetime value and repeat purchases
* Optimize lifecycle flows including welcome series, abandoned cart, and post-purchase engagement


Influencer & Creative Strategy

* Guide the strategy for influencer partnerships and user-generated content
* Ensure a consistent pipeline of high-performing creative for paid and organic channels
* Collaborate with creators and internal team members to test and scale winning content


Analytics & Growth Insights

* Track and analyze key growth metrics including:
* Customer acquisition cost (CAC)
* Return on ad spend (ROAS)
* Marketing efficiency ratio (MER)
* Conversion rate
* Average order value
* Translate data into clear recommendations for leadership


Qualifications


* 7+ years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing
* Experience scaling DTC ecommerce brands
* Strong experience with paid acquisition platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok)
* Experience developing growth strategy and managing marketing initiatives
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience working with Shopify or ecommerce platforms
