We are seeking a Junior Cost Analyst (100% onsite) to support financial analysis and reporting activities that enable informed business and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
* Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data in reporting systems
* Maintain financial master data and validate information from business stakeholders
* Prepare financial reports, scorecards, and performance dashboards
* Analyze key financial indicators such as revenue, OPEX, COGS, inventory, and CAPEX
* Provide variance analysis vs. budget and prior year results
* Support monthly financial reporting and management presentations
* Assist with budget, forecast, and long-term planning processes
* Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and support business case preparation
Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
* 1–2 years of experience in financial analysis or controlling
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Advanced Excel and experience with financial reporting tools
* Fluent english to communicate with global teams around LATAM & France
