**About the area**
Our customer has a cross-functional team of five called Data Hub developing data pipelines, providing support, gathering requirements from stakeholders and taking part on projects that covers all Americas.
The use of BI at the company is very high, and the business users are very familiar with, and make constant use of the tools. This is not a short-term allocation; the company's intention is to keep the good resources onboard for the long term.
**Requirements and responsibilities**
Great experience in IT is crucial, essential to have advanced knowledge in Power BI & Azure and how a product evolves, organize the enhancements, create backlogs according to the tasks necessary (they should know who needs to get involved from different developers), **being an organized person (know the best practices / follow them/ check them/organize everything around a product)** and having done activity coordination (talk to business, run workshops, write docs, prepare quotations, follow up with developers, being delivery-oriented and get things done according to the budget/planning/scope). It definitely needs a quick guy who knows how to navigate and organize and understands the technical part of our Data & BI platform
**Must Have**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, Business, or a related discipline
- At least one to three years of experience as BI lead, manager, or coordinator
- Must have advanced knowledge and experience in Power BI, Data modeling and Analysis Services (Tabular Models/Tabular Editor)
- Strong experience with Azure is a strong asset
- CSPO certification - SCRUM certification will be a plus, must show a proven track of working with data & BI products
- Data & BI experience with D365
- Demonstrate decisiveness and action;
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills

Hiring Process*
Average of 168 hours/month.
As a MetaIT employee, you'd work allocated alongside Air Liquide's team remotely on a daily basis as a BI Project Owner Consultant.
You can be hired as CLT employee (payment in BRL + Benefits) or as an Independent Contractor (payment in Canadian Dollars - no benefits).
You'll work according to the Eastern Timezone and canadian calendar.
