Job Overview:
This is a full-time role as a Technical Program Manager/Delivery Manager. The successful candidate will manage delivery for key customers across various technological tracks, lead teams, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage projects to ensure timely completion, within scope, and quality standards
* Collaborate with stakeholders, technology teams, and PMO to achieve quality control and high performance
* Act as a point of contact for customers, managing expectations, and ensuring high customer satisfaction
* Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives
* Establish and monitor performance metrics for team members
