Our team partners with the business to effectively enable and sustain change to improve our performance.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for planning and scheduling of the materials required to execute the business.Manage daily, medium and long-term planning / scheduling of shop operations aligned with customer needs.Work with shop ops to maximize workforce utilization and project hours efficiency.Manage daily and long-term scheduling while maintaining productivity cost controls.Complete and maintain monthly production charts and report out on a weekly basis the expected billing for the quarter.Maintain engineering schedule and assist in improving the planning process.Maintain schedules with summary reports immediately available.Plan and schedule Design Reviews for the product lines.Track product development processes.Coordinate with ITO, OTR and sales teams to ensure customer targets and goals are met.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have an associate’s degree in supply chain or related field, desired.Have fluency in English.Demonstrate experience in order management, inventory optimization and management, asset utilization and management.Have a good understanding of Oracle or SAP and MRP functionality.Be able to work with and influence stakeholders.Be a strategic thinker with tactical execution, a sense of urgency, and a high level of organization.Have an awareness of HSE, Quality and Reliability requirements, and be able to follow all related policies and procedures.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
