We are seeking a seasoned Workday Engagement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our delivery organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday solutions for our clients.

* Commercially Manage Global Workday Programmes
* Act as Key Client Interface
* Provide Domain Expertise and Thought Leadership
* Manage All Aspects of Delivery
* Lead and Support Blended Teams
* Agree Objectives, Outputs, Milestones, Timescales with Clients
* Identify Requirements and Business Processes

* Established Manager of Systems Implementations
* Full Lifecycle Project Management Experience
* Strong Commercial Management and Influencing Skills
* Excellent Customer Focus and Communication Skills
* Ability to Provide Effective Pre-Sales Support
* Sound Commercial Judgement and Decision Making
* Good Team Player with Ability to Mentor and/or Lead and Manage People
