Responsibilities include:
* Supporting the structuring and maintenance of the project portfolio aligned with the company's strategic goals.
* Monitoring execution of project schedules, scope, cost, and risk.
* Developing executive dashboards and performance reports (KPIs) for internal management and external clients.
* Standardizing and controlling technical project documentation.
* Participating in project follow-up meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Telecommunications, IT or related fields.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a PMO or project coordination role.
* Strong understanding of project management tools, schedule control, and executive reporting.
* Previous experience working in multicultural environments or with Chinese organizations is a plus.
* Advanced English is mandatory; Mandarin or Spanish is a differential.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Project, advanced Excel, Power BI, Jira/Confluence.
* Desirable certifications: PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, or Scrum Master.
