Sales Development Representative (SDR/BDR – Remote Role)Stealth Manager is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR/BDR) to join our growing team! This is a fully remote position under the PJ (Pessoa Jurídica) contract model.Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:45 AM to 7:00 PM (BRT)Fluent English is requiredMain ResponsibilitiesIdentify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities through a combination of inbound and outbound strategies.Proactively prospect new business through outbound channels such as LinkedIn, cold email, and outbound messaging.Manage and respond to inbound leads and messages from platforms such as LinkedIn and Meta, maintaining professional and persuasive communication.Build and manage prospect lists using CRM systems and outreach automation tools.Actively operate and optimize LinkedIn and other outreach automation platforms to generate and re-engage leads.Qualify prospects based on fit, needs, and potential, and schedule meetings for the sales team.Collaborate closely with the sales team to generate qualified opportunities and support the sales pipeline.Maintain accurate records of all activities, follow-ups, and communications in the CRM system.Test and optimize messaging, sequences, and prospecting strategies to continuously improve results.Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve lead generation and sales processes.Stay up to date with market trends, sales development best practices, and outreach strategies.The Ideal Candidate Should HavePrevious experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or in a similar sales development role.Proven, hands-on experience using outreach automation platforms (especially LinkedIn or similar tools) on a daily basis.Real experience actively operating automation tools (not just familiarity).Experience working with marketing agencies or within the marketing sector.Ability to handle both inbound and outbound conversations with prospects in a professional and persuasive way.Strong prospecting, qualification, and follow-up skills.Strong ability to schedule and manage sales calls with qualified prospects.Fluent written English and advanced conversational English.Experience managing leads, pipelines, and follow-ups using CRM systems.What We OfferWork from anywhere: 100% remote work to balance your professional and personal life.Development and Growth: Continuous learning opportunities, including a partnership with Open English and personalized development plans.Rewards and Recognition: Monthly performance-based variable bonuses and paid vacations.Culture of Innovation: An environment that values new ideas, teamwork, and individual contributions toward shared goals.Join UsStealth Manager is a leading digital marketing agency, recognized for its creative and effective white-label solutions for the U.S. market.
