We are looking for SAP CS Consultant – Mid-Level, who wants to learn and transform his career.
In this role you will: (responsibilities):
* Provide SAP CS application support in a SAP ECC AMS environment.
* Handle incidents, service requests, and problem resolution within agreed SLAs.
* Support end-to-end Customer Service processes, including service orders and notifications.
* Perform functional analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
* Support minor enhancements, configuration changes, and testing activities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SD, PM, MM, FI, Basis, Security).
* Maintain documentation and knowledge articles to support AMS operations.
* Communicate effectively with global stakeholders and support continuous improvement.
Mandatory Skills
* English Intermediate.
SAP CS support with experience implementing Customer Services projects deep Customer Service knowledge in:
* I base management
* Classes system
* Preventive management
* Repair services
* Installation handling
* Call Handling, including back reporting of time and materials
* Billing process
Desirable Skills
* Integration with other SAP modules (CO, SD, MM) and preferably HR.
* Mobile solutions, including MAM and MDM.
* eService solutions / Customer Portals
* Experience with AIF
* Knowledge and experience in CS processes (Notification Based on Call
* Handling, Work pools, Interfaces, EXR…).
* Expertise to handle custom development and understand process flow/basic troubleshooting by debugging
