Job Requirements
* Prospect and qualify B2B leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach;
* Track key salesmetrics and pipeline performance;
* Conduct meetings and present solutions to U.S.-based executives;
* Collaborate with Business Development and CRM teams for process improvement;
* Maintain a disciplined, results-driven sales rhythm.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 1–3 years of experience in Business Sales / Outbound reach;
* Fluent English (C1+) – clear, natural communication in meetings;
* Familiar with SPIN Selling, BANT, or other sales frameworks;
* Tech-savvy, organized, multitasker, and highly reliable;
* Comfortable working under goals and fast-paced environments.
