We are currently seeking a Messaging Engineer to join our global Technology team, supporting enterprise‑level messaging and collaboration platforms across the firm. Why this role matters Design, implement, and support enterprise messaging and collaboration solutions, ensuring secure, reliable, and high‑availability services. Act as a technical subject matter expert for messaging platforms, supporting both operational needs and strategic initiatives. Manage and maintain cloud‑based and hybrid messaging environments, including email, calendaring, and collaboration tools. Collaborate closely with global infrastructure teams, security, and other technology stakeholders across regions and time zones. Participate in projects, upgrades, and platform enhancements, including planning, testing, and post‑implementation support. Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents escalated from Level 2 / Level 3 support, ensuring minimal business disruption. Contribute to continuous improvement by documenting solutions, optimizing processes, and proactively identifying risks and opportunities. Ensure compliance with security, data protection, and corporate IT standards in a highly regulated environment. What will help you succeed in this role A university degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience working as a Messaging Engineer or in a similar role supporting enterprise messaging platforms. Strong knowledge of messaging and collaboration technologies (e.g. Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, email security, mail routing). Experience with cloud and hybrid environments, including identity and access management concepts. Advanced English level (mandatory) — able to communicate clearly with global stakeholders in meetings, documentation, and written communication. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to manage complex incidents under pressure. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and balance operational support with project work.
