Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver features tailored to large enterprise customers
* Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
* Communicate directly with the customer via calls and messages
* Work within engineering sprints and coordinate with internal teams
Requirements:
* Fluent English (spoken and written)
* Senior-level full-stack JavaScript experience
* Experience working in structured team sprints
* Background working with enterprise customers or complex implementations
* Comfortable in a mixed engineering + support role
