Description:
We are seeking an experienced consultant to support our business development and customer success activities in Latin America. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, account management, and customer success, with the ability to develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
* Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services and meet customer needs.
* Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and performance.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a science-related field (preferred).
* Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, and business development.
* English fluency (written and spoken); Portuguese required; Spanish is a plus.
* Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce/LEX) and virtual meeting tools (Teams, Zoom, WebEx).
* Dynamic, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
