You'll be part of an experienced team and will be able to continuously improve and add to your skills thanks to the numerous learning opportunities available.YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and cross-functional partners to identify and define product challenges, opportunities and a clear understanding of the data/business rules.Approach business problems critically to build and develop MS Power BI dashboard from design and prototype to complete data modeling and back-end structure.Structure dashboard layouts through an end-to-end design process, applying design thinking principles.Apply industry best practices related to Power BI datasets performance and execute the User Acceptance Tests (UAT) to ensure product quality as well as data accuracy.Work in coordination with the business units and the analytics team in an agile (Sprint) way to deliver on identified initiatives.YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:Passion for data analytics.Proficiency in data visualization tools, with a focus on MS Power BI, demonstrating the ability to create engaging and interactive visuals and reports.Proven track record of collaborating with business stakeholders to interpret and translate business requirements into effective visualizations and reports.Good knowledge in querying databases using the SQL language.Problem solver with critical thinking skills including an aptitude to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic organization.Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in analytics product design and PowerBI development, showcasing a deep understanding of data visualization principles and proficiency with relevant tools, particularly MS Power BI.Knowledge of Power BI best practices, including DAX optimization, report performance tuning, and user-centric dashboard design.YOU'LL STAND OUT IF YOU HAVE:Familiarity with data modeling and transformation techniques to support business intelligence solutions that drive actionable insights.Experience in Aftersales and Customer Care, with a strong understanding of operational workflows and customer touchpoints. Ability to design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) that effectively measure Customer Service performance, such as response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and Net Promoter Score (NPS).Fluency in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate technical concepts, collaborate with international teams, and present insights to stakeholders across different regions.Proficiency in Python, particularly using PySpark for building scalable data pipelines, automating data ingestion, and ensuring data consistency and quality across large datasets.Exposure to cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure Data Lake, Databricks, Synapse) and integrating them with Power BI for real-time analytics.Do you have other qualifications?
