Position Overview We are seeking a Manager of Endpoint Engineers to lead our endpoint management team in maintaining and securing 600+ corporate devices across our global organization. This remote position requires a leader with a relentless focus on automation, efficiency, and reducing contact time while ensuring compliance across multiple security frameworks. You will manage a team of 4 engineers and report directly to the VP of IT and DevOps.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of 4 endpoint engineers, providing technical guidance and career developmentOversee maintenance, patching, and compliance for 600+ Windows and macOS endpoints using NinjaOneDrive automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and minimize end-user contact timeEnsure endpoints meet compliance requirementsDevelop and implement endpoint security policies and proceduresManage vendor relationships with endpoint management and security solution providersRespond to and troubleshoot complex endpoint issues, maintaining hands-on technical involvementCreate and maintain documentation for endpoint standards and processesCollaborate with security and IT teams to implement endpoint protection strategiesMonitor endpoint health metrics and implement improvements to enhance reliabilityCoordinate patch management cycles and ensure timely deployment across all devicesLead incident response efforts for endpoint-related security eventsRequired Skills & Qualifications2+ years of people management experience in IT or technical teams5+ years of hands-on endpoint management experienceStrong proficiency with NinjaOne or similar endpoint management platformsExperience managing both Windows and macOS environments at scaleDemonstrated experience automating endpoint management tasks using PowerShell, Python, or similarDeep understanding of patch management, software deployment, and configuration managementExperience maintaining compliance with security frameworks (SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR, CCPA)Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to resolve complex technical issuesExcellent communication skills for vendor management and cross-functional collaborationAbility to work independently in a remote environmentMust be able to read and speak fluently in EnglishPreferred QualificationsExperience in cybersecurity or identity governance industriesCertifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator or similarExperience with zero-trust security models and endpoint detection and response (EDR) toolsExperience with automation tools and scripting for large-scale deploymentsBackground in implementing self-service IT solutionsWork EnvironmentThis is a fully remote positionMust be available for occasional meetings across global time zonesOn-call rotation participation may be required for critical issue
