Financial Analyst - FP&A Role
The Finance team is looking for a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting and forecasting across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead financial planning and analysis, including forecasting and headcount management
2. Perform reconciliation and reporting of financial data
3. Manage department expenses and implement cost-saving initiatives
4. Develop and maintain financial models in Excel (intermediate to advanced)
5. Populate dashboards and KPI tools for data-driven decision-making
6. Monitor KPIs and analyze performance trends and drivers
7. Support monthly and quarterly close activities
8. Conduct variance analysis to ensure expenses are planned and justified
9. Prepare financial reporting for stakeholders
10. Perform margin analysis and automate manual reports in Excel and Hyperion
11. Provide general support for ad hoc projects and reporting requests
Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred but not required)
* Experience: 4–7+ years in finance, financial analysis and P&L modeling
* Technical Skills:
Advanced Excel modeling and automation
ERP systems (Oracle required), Hyperion reporting
Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint; Excel: intermediate to advanced)
