We are seeking a skilled and experienced Python Tech Lead to join our Development team.
* This role involves working closely with Engineering and Business Stakeholders to support the delivery of projects.
* The ideal candidate will be able to manage their time effectively, focusing on coding while supporting junior members.
* Integration with the DevOps team is required to maintain tasks.
* Making architectural decisions that take into account the future growth of the business is essential.
The successful candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in Python and Django development, as well as experience in object-oriented programming and other programming languages.
They should also have good skills in XML and relational databases (Oracle / MS SQL / MySQL), experience with OOD, strong professional experience working with large data structures (including XML) and algorithms, and an advanced English level.
