Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job Description
Estamos em busca de um Project Manager experiente e hands-on para atuar em projetos internos críticos, como abertura de novas unidades, expansão de escritórios, gestão de armazéns, implementação e migração de sistemas. Este profissional será responsável por garantir a execução dos projetos de forma ágil, estruturada e com foco em resultados.
Responsabilidades
* Gerenciar projetos de ponta a ponta, assegurando entregas no prazo, escopo e orçamento.
* Desenvolver cronogramas, identificar riscos e gerenciar planos de mitigação.
* Conduzir reuniões de alinhamento e status com stakeholders internos.
* Colaborar com times de operações, TI e facilities para garantir entregas integradas.
* Atuar de forma prática no dia a dia dos projetos, acompanhando tarefas, removendo impedimentos e garantindo a evolução contínua das etapas.
* Preparar relatórios claros de status e progresso para a liderança.
Requisitos
* Experiência prévia como Project Manager e Consultor SAP em projetos complexos de SAP e multifuncionais.
* Vivência em projetos como abertura de novas unidades, expansão de escritórios ou warehouses, implementação ou migração de sistemas.
* Perfil hands-on, com capacidade de tomar decisões rápidas e assumir ownership das entregas.
* Excelentes habilidades de organização, comunicação e relacionamento.
* Inglês avançado (leitura, escrita e conversação) para comunicação com stakeholders internos.
* Disponibilidade para atuação em modelo híbrido (presencial e remoto), em São Paulo.
