Job Title: International Public Sector Sales Professional
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our international sales team as an International Public Sector Sales Professional.
This role will involve supporting business development activities in various countries, working closely with experienced professionals to identify and pursue opportunities in the public sector.
The successful candidate will be part of a diverse and collaborative team spread across multiple locations, utilizing their planning, organizational, and communication skills to drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Research and assess opportunities in the public sector via procurement portals in different countries
* Support the preparation of proposals by gathering relevant data and documentation
* Create project references and CVs tailored to meet tender requirements
* Maintain an internal knowledge base of public tenders and best practices, collaborating with team members to stay up-to-date on industry developments
Requirements:
* Fluent in Portuguese, with business-level proficiency in German and English (B2-C1)
* Strong knowledge of MS-Office applications, particularly MS-Excel, and experience with MS-Teams
* Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills
* Able to work independently, take ownership, and demonstrate proactive behavior
* Interest in public sector processes, international collaboration, and technology-driven projects
* Prior experience with procurement in the public sector is advantageous
