Key Account Manager Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with hotels in your portfolio.
Your primary goal will be to optimize inventory, availability, and the competitiveness of rates offered through our Reservations Center. You will also negotiate conditions to maximize conversion and ensure the highest competitiveness index for the assigned hotels.
Main Responsibilities:
* Developing Business Relationships: Build strong business relationships with hotels in your portfolio to drive growth and revenue.
* Inventory Optimization: Analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize inventory, availability, and rate competitiveness.
* Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate contracts with hotels to ensure the highest competitiveness index and maximum conversion.
* Demand Analysis and Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze demand data to align contracted products with customer demand.
* Online Marketing and Sales Strategy: Develop and implement online marketing and sales strategies to increase bookings and revenue.
* Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our portfolio of hotels.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
* Education in tourism or a related field is required.
* Customer orientation and excellent communication skills.
* Negotiation skills to effectively manage contracts and relationships with hotels.
* Advanced level of English proficiency is essential.
