Job Title: Servant Leader
Our team is seeking a skilled Servant Leader to oversee major ART events, manage the ART calendar, and facilitate problem-solving and cross-team collaboration.
About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for orchestrating PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt events. You will also manage dependencies and architectural runway, optimizing the flow of value across the ART.
Key Responsibilities:
* Orchestrate major ART events (PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt)
* Manage the ART calendar and ensure program-level cadence
* Facilitate problem-solving and cross-team collaboration
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Coaching & Mentoring: Coach teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in lean-agile principles
* Risk & Impediment Management: Identify, track, and help resolve impediments and risks
* Flow & Value Optimization: Optimize the flow of value across the ART
