Overview of the role
The Controlling - Strategic Initiatives Analyst position involves supporting decision-making through data-driven insights. This role requires analyzing business data, identifying improvement opportunities, and proposing changes to core processes while working closely with leadership and multiple business areas to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and alignment across different departments.
Key responsibilities
- Analyzing business and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Proposing changes and optimizations to key business processes based on data analysis.
- Developing proactive analyses and responding to data requests from the Board.
- Building reports and dashboards to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Collaborating with Finance, Sales, Client Services, IT, HR, Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and R&D teams.
- Ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and alignment across different business areas.
Requirements
- Analytical Experience: Experience in business analysis, controlling, data analysis, or a related role.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional business teams.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Language Proficiency: Advanced level of English.
