This role focuses on spearheading growth through emotion-driven ad creative. We are seeking an expert who can craft visual narratives that captivate audiences and drive results.
As a key member of our team, you will partner with editors and creators to conceptualize, develop, and refine high-performing video concepts for Meta.
 * Develop compelling storyboards and concept ideas that resonate with our audience.
 * Collaborate with designers and media buyers to create concise briefs and source talent.
 * Oversee the editing process, ensuring that all visual elements align with our brand's messaging and aesthetic.
 * Launch targeted tests, analyze performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
Key Qualifications:
 * A proven track record of creating effective video ads with strong conversion rates.
 * Excellent understanding of music selection, pacing, and visual storytelling principles.
 * Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to inform creative decisions.
 * Experience working with UGC and short-form paid social content on Meta platforms (TikTok/YouTube experience is a plus).
 * Able to distill complex concepts into clear, actionable briefs and iterate quickly without compromising quality.
