* We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated technical specialist to join our team.
This is a strategic and technical role at the intersection of marketing technology and fan experience. You will lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative solutions tailored to our clients' unique business needs, with a sharp focus on delivering measurable marketing impact and enhancing the fan journey across touchpoints.
As a trusted advisor to both technical and business stakeholders, you'll be expected to understand and translate marketing KPIs into actionable configurations, channel and data activations, ensuring solutions not only perform but also drive growth, personalization and engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
* Architecting and leading the delivery of complex solutions that are scalable, future-proof, and aligned with client goals.
* Partnering closely with stakeholders in sports and entertainment organizations to understand their fans' behaviors, journeys, and content consumption habits.
* Mentoring and supporting junior engineers, providing guidance on best practices in implementation, data design, and campaign orchestration.
* Driving the technical delivery of projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time completion, high-quality outputs, and alignment with scope and budget.
* Staying current with evolving capabilities and broader MarTech trends to help clients maintain a competitive edge in engaging fans across channels.
* Collaborating cross-functionally with project managers, strategists, and analytics teams to align technical execution with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in marketing technology implementations, with deep hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Platform and related tools.
* Strong knowledge of marketing performance metrics and how to architect solutions that influence outcomes such as ROI, CLTV, churn, and campaign lift.
* Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and foster a collaborative delivery environment.
* Experience with data, segmentation, identity resolution, consent management, and journey building & personalization within AEP.
* Solid grasp of Agile methodologies and experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and business teams.
Desirable skills
* Experience working with or supporting clients in the sports, media, or entertainment industries.
* Familiarity with fan engagement strategies, event-driven personalization, and omnichannel orchestration in a sports context.
* Integration experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and third-party data sources to enrich customer profiles.
* Understanding of audience segmentation, journey mapping, and how AEP can be leveraged to optimize the end-to-end fan experience.
