Project Manager (Remote | Contract)We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to own delivery execution across complex, cross-functional initiatives in an agile engineering environment. This role sits at the center of business, product, and engineering — translating priorities into action, driving clarity, and ensuring work is delivered with quality and consistency.This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, navigating ambiguity, and keeping teams aligned and moving.What You’ll DoOwn end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives, from planning through execution and completionBuild and manage delivery plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordinationPartner closely with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking (Jira)Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and driving alignment across teamsIdentify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and adjust plans as priorities evolveFacilitate working sessions, stand-ups, planning meetings, and stakeholder workshops as neededSupport prioritization decisions by providing delivery insights, trade-offs, and impact analysisContinuously improve delivery processes, tools, and ways of working to increase efficiency and predictabilityTrack and report on delivery progress using appropriate metrics and toolsWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiativesStrong experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar)Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and delivery trackingProven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholdersStrong communication skills and comfort working in a client-facing roleAbility to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure and clarityExperience supporting prioritization, change management, and delivery trade-offsBasic SQL skills and familiarity with finance or accounting concepts are a plus, but not required
